THE TERMS BEGIN WHEN YOU ACCESS THIS WEBSITE AND CONTINUES AS LONG AS YOU USE THE SERVICE.  IF YOU SIGN UP FOR AN ACCOUNT WITH SUPER SIGN MART ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR OTHER ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS ON THEIR BEHALF.  BY ACCESSING THIS WEB-SITE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THIS WEB-SITE. SUPER SIGN MART, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.


Eligibility

In order to create an account, you must:

  • Be a retailer in the printing industry
  • Provide a Resale Certificate if Louisiana company
  • Complete the registration process
  • Agree to the Terms
  • Provide true, complete, and up to date contact information

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Super Sign Mart, Inc. or its suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, agents, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not Super Sign Mart, Inc. has been advised of possibility of the damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of this site or of failure to provide services that you order from Super Sign Mart, Inc. including without limitation, damages arising from mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service.  In no event shall Super Sign Mart, Inc. be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of the site or its content.

Nontransferable

Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is not transferable and may only be used by you.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is our priority and we’re committed to protecting your privacy at all times, in all situations. The information we collect about you when you become a customer is used to process your orders and to provide a more personalized experience on our site and will never be shared.

Customer Provided Content

For product and service offerings you will upload or submit data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials (collectively, "Customer Content") to Super Sign Mart, Inc. for inclusion in print products. You understand and agree that you (and any other person from whom it may have originated) are solely responsible for all Customer Content. When you upload, or otherwise provide Customer Content to Super Sign Mart, Inc. you warrant and confirm that you either own the copyright to or have permission to copy any documents, text, graphics, photographs, etc., that you submit for inclusion in the print process, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Super Sign Mart, Inc. and its officers, employees, registered agents, and affiliates, harmless from any suit, demand, or claim arising out of any breach of this warranty and agree to pay any judgment or reasonable settlement offer resulting from any such suit, demand or claim, and to pay any attorney's fees incurred by Super Sign Mart, Inc. in defending against such suit, demand or claim.

Payment

We presently accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Unless Super Sign Mart agrees otherwise, all orders must be paid for at the time of the order.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order call 318-254-0377.

A print order can be canceled at any time prior to it entering into production. If you cancel an order prior to it entering into production, please allow 5 business days for a refund to be credited to your account.  A printed order cannot be canceled and no refund will be given once it has entered into production.  We understand that time is an issue with most orders and we strive to print and ship your orders as fast as possible, with this in mind please notify us as soon as possible if any corrections need to be made.

RETURN POLICY

Even with many quality assurance guidelines in place to ensure that you’ll get exactly what you ordered, sometimes we make a mistake.  If that happens, rest assured WE WILL FIX IT.

Please notify Super Sign Mart of any issues discovered in the ordered products and a photograph of the problem for proper assessment.

If your package arrives damaged, we suggest reporting the damage to your UPS driver. Make sure to take photos of the damage to the package as well as the damage to the product. If we are not given proper documentation to file a claim (photos of the product AND package), the claim and reorder will be the customer's responsibility and we cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed for your reprint by UPS.

TERMINATION

Super Sign Mart, Inc. may  terminate your account and or your right to utilize the services made available through this Website in the event that it determines or has reasonable grounds to suspect that you are in violation of the Site Terms.

Notwithstanding any of these Site Terms that may suggest otherwise, Super Sign Mart, Inc. reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your right to use this Website for any reason or no reason at all, and to block or prevent future access to and use of this Website by you. In the event your right to use this website is terminated, these Site Terms shall still apply.
